www.Verizon.com/benefitsconnection - Verizon Employee Benefits Service Online

If you're a valid Verizon employee, now you can go to www.Verizon.com/benefitsconnection to manage your benefits online. This online resource has everything you need to review and make changes to your benefits options, covered dependents, and/or beneficiaries. With it, you can access Your Benefits Resource anywhere and anytime with a Internet-access computer.

To use the system, you should login with your user ID and password. If you're first time to the BenefitsConnection site, your User ID is your nine digit Social Security Number and your Password is your date of birth in MMDDYYYY format. Once you logged, please make sure to chance your user ID and password ASAP.

If you have any questions, please call the Verizon Employee Benefits phone number at 1-855-4Vz-Bens (1-855-489-2367) (8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday).

  3. have been trying to log on to the connections web-site for days,can-not read half of the capchas. can-not get help from customer support at benefits connection told to keep trying. extremely frustrating just as bad as healthcare.gov maybe Sebelius designed this system also......Anonymous.....

  4. I am told to click on the "Retiree or dependent reaching 65 Medicare Eligible" link. It doesn't exist.... Somethings never change

  6. Are you kidding me? I cannot log on. cannot read captcha. Verizon increased my monthly healthcare by almost 200 hundred a month and now wont explain

  10. what a lousy designed site it is useless can't connect and the idiotic mess of numbers symbols you can read, and have to go thru tons to find one you can read, and then still doesn't work, pathetic company and horrible design by a moron for sure.

  11. Terrible website. Can't log in without numerous attempts and userid/password changes. Can't read the capchas - too blurry and squished together. Come on Verizon! You're in the communications business. It should be a breeze using your website. Horrible! Frustrating! Time-wasting! Retirees deserve better. Can't even reach the site to see my medical insurance last payment or balance. HELP!!!
